Our Project
in Karon Butterfly Condominium

At the end of February 2010, the first phase of the project was completed: Building F with 9 apartments on the ground floor all with exclusive gardens. The first floor units all have a balcony where you have the possibility to install a jacuzzi.

The second floor units have, over the balcony, the possibility to have an exclusive roof area. The second phase of the project, Building G where there will be 6 apartments all have the following facilities- 300 sqm swimming pool with jacuzzi, fitness and wellness centre. At the end of March, building "G" was completed. In our project, "Karon Butterfly", it was thought to accomplish in building "E", a different type of apartment called "Flower Studio". They are apartments on three levels, from 35 to 57 square metres and consist of a kitchen corner with one bedroom (some unit in open plan) with garden or balcony. Behind the bedroom is located the bathroom with shower toilet and sink.

To access the first and second floor apartments there is a staircase leading to the covered gangway. The flower studio has sea-view or garden-view.
